COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The promoter is BitCrush.FM, Inc., company registration number 26-1921473 (“we”, “us” and “our”).
  2. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Entries from company employees, their immediate family or anyone who is professionally connected with us, or the competition are not allowed.
  3. All stated competition rules and entry requirements must be adhered to.
  4. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify entrants we believe are ineligible or have breached any of the competition rules.
  5. The competition will be open for entry until the date and time specified. Entries received after the competition closes will not be counted.
  6. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the competition closing.
  7. The winner must be able to provide a contactable email address for delivery and communication.
  8. In the event the winner does not respond within 14 days OR fails to provide a suitable email address for delivery, then they will lose the prize. We reserve the right to select another winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
  9. You agree that if you win, we can use your name, username and/or any related video/photos publicly.
  10. The prize has no alternative monetary value and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  11. We have no responsibility for entries that fail to be sent or received on time, for any reason including, but not limited to, internet issues, website issues, hardware, software or technical issues. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
  12. In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the competition, our decision shall be final, and no further communication shall be entered into.
  13. We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, for any reason.
  14. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for any reason.
  15. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of the social media channels it is promoted on, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. By entering you agree to completely release Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok of any liability.
  16. Our entire liability shall be limited to the total cost value of the prize being offered in the competition.
